The South Bend Fire Department is located at 306 S. McKinzie Street, Mankato, MN.
The Fire Department shares the building with the City Hall and the Public Works Department.

The South Bend Volunteer Fire Department consists of 24 firefighters.  The Fire Department provides fire protection, emergency medical, and first responder services to the South Bend Township and the surrounding area.
